The training plays an important role in the organization; it has enormous effect on job satisfaction. This effect may be indirect, but it is vital and its impacts on the employees and organization are more than expected. Training affects many important areas, i.e. productivity, quality, efficiency and commitment. These factors play an important role in any organization’s development.  In the very competitive environment we live in, the employee who knows the ’’know how’’ and who has the knowledge and aptitude to be valuable and efficient is most welcomed for all companies, even some companies are trying to draw this type of employees from competitors.

This study has also done on the same topic the impact of training practice on employee satisfaction. For the sake of completion of this study, the study has used primary data which has been collected from the mentioned company employees through using questionnaires as tools.  Data was collected from the employees in written form and was proceed and analyzed on excel sheet for data analysis. The study has done two type of analysis, mean test analysis and Correlation analysis. Mean test analysis was carried out to see the employees response to questionnaires which were provided to them for fill up. To see the relationship among variables I have done correlation analysis.

After doing these above mentioned analyses the study has reached at this point the employees in this organization are satisfied from their jobs and organization is adopting effective training practice to increase the employee satisfaction in this organization. Human Resource Management practices are the backbone of any organization. These practices help to make the strategies and in achieving organizational goals. Job analysis, training & development, performance appraisal, staffing, orientation, career planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits and record keeping are the basic HRM practices. Effective Human resource practices are key to employee satisfaction and employees retention.

 Employee satisfaction is a broad term which is used to describe the employees’ contentment in fulfilling their needs and desires at work. Employees satisfaction is most important factor in employees motivation, high morale and employees retention so goal achievement of the organization. With the increasing importance of training & development, it is valuable to understand the HRM functions in changing the existing strategies.
