The impact of HRM practices on organizational performance and employees’ behaviors has been very significant for years. So, this study has been conducted on the topic “Impact of HR practices and employees’ satisfaction in Allied Construction Lahore”.

Synopsis on HR Practices on Employee Satisfaction

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of HR practices in M/S Allied construction Lahore. The primary aim of this study is to find out the impact of HR practices on employee’s satisfaction in Allied Construction Company.  The study will examine the present HR practices in Allied Construction Company, hence, data will be collected from its employees.

The project relates to the study of Impact of HR Practices on Employees’ Satisfaction in the work setting of M/s. Allied Constructions, DHA, Lahore. The project involves two types of variables i.e. independent and dependent variables. HR practices are the independent variables while employees’ satisfaction is dependent variable. Relation of above mentioned two types of variables will be analyzed as to how HR practices and employees’ satisfaction correlate each other in M/s. Allied Constructions, DHA,  Lahore

In above table, total mean value is 3.952380952, which shows that majority of the respondents have selected agree option. According to Training factors finding the found value indicating that most of the employees are agree with the training practices of Allied Construction Company. According to them, their organization is conducting extensive training program, formal and informal training program for their employees. After reviewing this result, it is also clear for readers that Allied company has effective training system for their employees. It is true effective training system product high job satisfaction level in the organization. Therefore the mean value lies that most of the employees are agree with effective training system of Allied Construction Company.

Performance Appraisal and Satisfaction 

According to above finding, we can see that the value 3.739285714 indicating that most of the employees are agree with the Performance system of Allied construction. This result is also lies that most of the employees are satisfied with performance system of Allied construction. By Selecting agree option, they are sharing their views that in this organization employee’s performance are measured on the merit bases. According to this result we can also say that in this organization all employees are provide feedback and counseling from the management and employee truly have faith in the performance appraisal system of Allied construction. By giving response to our study questions, employee are also indicating that in Allied construction company all appraisal data is used for decision making and planning, and all objectives of the Allied construction company appraisal system are very clear to all employees. Hence the study has found effective reward system in Allied Construction Company on the base on employee’s feedback.

Career Planning and satisfaction 

In the mean finding you can see that the value 3.07755102 which is indicating that most of the employees are neutral with career planning of Allied Construction company. According to result, most of the employee were not shared their views regarding to Career planning system of Allied construction company. So this is very hard for writer to give comments whether this system is effective or not, but on the base on employees feedback, it has proved that most of the employee could not shared their views clearly with career planning factor. They have not selected agree nor disagree but neutral. Hence majority of the employees are shared their views as neutral or have different views about career planning system of Allied Construction.

Compensation and satisfaction 

According to mean test finding result the value 3.705714286 is indicating that most of the employees were found agree with Compensation practices of the particular company. This result is showing that Allied company has very effective compensation system for their employees. On the base on employee’s feedback, it is open crystal that in this organization compensation for all workers/employees is directly linked to his or her performance. The result is also indicating that in Allied Construction Company profit sharing is used as mechanism to reward higher performance. Hence this study has found that majority of the respondents were found agree with Compensation practices of Allied bank.
